Katricia truly believes that there is “no place like home”. Whether you are looking for your first home, a bigger home, or downsizing to your retirement home, Katricia has 19 years of real estate experience to help make buying or selling your home a smooth process. Katricia openly communicates with her clients and truly listens/understands their real estate goals and dreams. 

Katricia is an experienced negotiator, detail oriented, patient and models integrity, honesty and fairness in all of her business dealings. She carefully walks each buyer and seller through the entire process of buying or selling a home as if they were her own family.

She grew up looking at new home models and visiting open homes with her dad. Her first full time job after college was as a Listing Coordinator and Escrow Coordinator for a Real Estate Brokerage. This helped grow her desire to sell real estate and in 2003 she got her real estate license in California. Her family relocated to Washington State and she got her Washington real estate license in 2014. Her family relocated in October 2021 to Van Alstyne and she got her real estate license in Texas in July 2022. She has 3 active real estate licenses: CA, WA and TX. 

Katricia and her husband, Guillermo, have 3 teenagers: Joshua, Sara and Michael. They also have 3 cats: Tom, Kali and Oliver. She is enjoying getting to know Van Alstyne, Grayson County and Collin County. She is excited that North Texas is now her home and she never wants to leave Texas!
