Susanne Kulbeth

Susanne came into residential sales with over 25 years of experience as the business manager for KXII-TV. Her exceptional communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meticulous attention to detail provide a strong foundation for success as a Realtor.


An accountant by degree with a 30-year tenure in the financial industry, Susanne offers the most comprehensive service as she blends her business acumen with a passion for real estate. She has earned the SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designations.

"Long before I earned my real estate salesperson license, I was studying the housing market," she says. "I love everything related to the buying and selling of homes, including working with the people who are making these important life decisions."

Susanne couples her global perspective from working in television with the personal insight gained during 27 years of living in Grayson County to help guide clients to the right home and neighborhood. Her creative skills are equally valuable in helping sellers stage their home for the market or casting the vision of a home's potential for her buying customers.

As a member of the Sherman office of  Paragon Realtors, Susanne's expertise and strong presence in the local market are amplified by her affiliation with a strong brokerage.

Vast company resources supporting Susanne's efforts include a global relocation division, in-house marketing team, state-of-the-art technology platform and onsite mortgage services.

Susanne and her husband have two sons. In her spare time, Susanne enjoys camping, gardening and traveling with her family
