John, JW, or "Dubs" to some. Originally from Tennessee, John found his way back to his Dad's home state like Mr. Dangerfield and went Back to (grad)School getting his MBA from Texas A&M. He thought about moving after graduation but didn't have enough gas money to actually make it out of the state. With a background working as a management consultant for a number of years, John brings unique experience and a methodical approach to this ever changing industry and hopes he can make the process of buying a home a bit easier for his clients.
On top of knowing the local market, John likes to keep a pulse on macro conditions and how they might impact Texas and specifically the DFW real estate market. The breadth of the real estate industry and getting to work with a wide variety of people is what John likes most about his job. Whether it is working with experienced buyers, helping investors analyze multi-family net-income , or walking through the home buying process with someone taking the leap for the first time, John likes the constant challenge of helping his clients reach their goals.
John is constantly exploring the area finding the best places to enjoy the outdoors and get outside. You can find John on one of the trails in town hunched over catching his breath as his goal of becoming a runner is something he continues to chase. Rimshot.
